The Middle Way

I believe that workers must have access to working and living conditions that enable them to participate fully in a rewarding collective life. I help unions identify issues at stake, I support them in developing the best strategies for improving these conditions and I contribute to their implementation. Together, we move forward towards the balance point where tensions dissipate in favour of a broad, inclusive and shared approach.

As a consultant in union and association strategies, my quest is that of the middle way.

I have had the privilege of working for leading union organizations such as the Fédération interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec and the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada. My work with trade unions and their leaders helps them develop their full potential for reflection and action, as well as enabling them to deploy strategies that respond to the personal and professional needs of their members. My interventions guide them towards solutions that respect the diversity of needs expressed by all members and that are developed after a rigorous analysis of the various elements of the current situation, while seizing the opportunities it offers.

My quest is to find the middle way: the optimal, balanced response that will rally all parties involved in the discussion.
